We are pleased to introduce "Spot Reports" utilizing the latest Magic Professional housing market data, custom-created for a specific 3-mile radius of any designated point. This service offers an ideal solution for acquiring one-time data necessary for competitive analysis of existing or proposed subdivisions, or land acquisition, by providing real data on the performance of those subdivisions using sophisticated and comprehensive Magic Professional housing data applications at an affordable price.

This service does not require a subscription or membership and is available for the Sales and Permit dataset, the Land and Lot dataset, the Product dataset, and the Futures dataset. Each 3-Mile Spot Report provides users with all the information found in the subscription version of Magic Pro.

Priced at $120 per report for any 3-mile area you specify in Phoenix or Tucson, clients will receive a comprehensive Excel spreadsheet with the latest detailed market data for that area by the next day. This includes one or more Copilot-generated images analyzing the data.

Information is accessible for any location on the Magic Pro map and from any of Magic Pro's datasets. No subscription is required for these one-time, customized analysis spreadsheets and graphics.
